Sarah is a PhD researcher and Assistant Lecturer, currently serving as an Assistant Trainer at the German University in Cairo (GUC), Faculty of Management – Department of Law. She brings over 12 years of academic experience in university-level teaching, complemented by solid professional legal practice.

Sarah spent ten years teaching at the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, where she delivered legal courses and contributed to enhancing students’ analytical and research capabilities. She has continued her academic journey at the German University in Cairo for the past three years, actively participating in teaching and academic development within the Law Department.

In addition to her academic background, she gained three years of hands-on legal experience at an Egyptian–Emirati law firm, where she worked on insurance litigation, construction disputes, commercial law matters, and labor cases. She also contributed in drafting legal memoranda and advising corporate clients on contractual and regulatory disputes. Furthermore, she managed execution procedures and prepared detailed legal reports supporting clients’ legal positions. Additionally, she assisted in drafting commercial contracts to ensure legal compliance. She played a key role in coordinating with the legal team to manage complex legal files and disputes efficiently.

Sarah holds a master’s degree in law from Alexandria University, graduating with a Very Good grade, and is currently pursuing her PhD with a focus on advanced legal research.
