Arbitration in the Digital Era Workshop, 24–25 November 2025, American University AUE

I had the pleasure of delivering a two days workshop in the American University of the Emirates discussing ‘Arbitration in the Digital Era’ for the arbitration master students and the undergraduate law students where we have given them practical insights of how is technology is affecting Arbitration.

We have trained the students on two practical case studies, one is involving a multi tier arbitration clause under the uniciteral rules. The other case study involved a conflicted arbitration clause where courts and arbitration were mentioned in the dispute resolution agreement.
